一 般 介 紹：本產品是采用特殊配方和生產工藝制作的適用于中密度纖維板底材（MDF）涂裝的粉末涂料，涂膜具有優異的機械性能和戶內裝飾性能，可廣泛用于現代家具行業的表面涂裝。一般不建議直接用于各種戶外用品的表面涂裝。
產 品 系 列：現可做成多種顏色和帶金屬閃光效果的砂紋或錘紋的涂層。
粉末物理性能：比重（g/cm3、25℃）:1.2-1.8粒度分布：100%小于100微米（可根據涂裝的特殊要求進行調整）
固 化 條 件：120-1601（指MDF板材表面溫度），20分鐘。烘爐可采用普通熱風循環烘箱或烘道。條件允許的最好先用紅外線烘箱對剛噴好的涂層進行快加速加熱流平，然后送入普通烘箱烘烤固化。
平均覆蓋率：約8-9平方米/公斤，膜厚60微米（以100%的粉末涂料使用率計算）

Low temperature curing powder coatings
General introduction
This type of coating is prepared from special compositions with unique production technics,and it is suitable for the coating of moderate density fibreboard(MDF)substrate. The coating films prepared from this type of coating have excellent mechanical property and indoor/outdoor decorativeness, so the powder coating can be widely used in the surface coating for modern furniture. It is suggested not to use it directly for the coating of outdoor appliances.
Product Series
The products can be turned into sand veined or hammer veined coating layers of varioucolors or with metallic flashing effect.
Physical properties of the powder 
Density(g/cm3,25℃):1.2-1.8
Granularity distribution:100%below 100μm(it can be adapted to the specific demand of coating)
Curing Condition
 120℃ -160℃(surface temperature of the MDF substrate), 20 minutes. Ordinary hot-air cycling oven or drying tunnel can be used for the curing. The coating layer just sprayed had better be put in the infrared oven for the accelerated leveling if condition permitted, and then sent to ordinary ovens. 
Average coating rate
8-9㎡/kg, film thickness:60μm (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
